Family's Number one at 96five and that's why we've decided to partner with these organisations in 2010.
CBM – Christian Blind Mission. CBM is an international Christian development organisation, committed to improving the quality of life of persons with disabilities in the poorest countries of the world. Based on its Christian values and over 100 years of professional expertise, CBM addresses poverty as a cause, and a consequence, of disability, and works in partnership to create a society for all.
In 2010 96five will support CBM with their Miracles Campaign on March 18.
Compassion is all about releasing children from poverty in Jesus' name. Thursday April 29 is Compassion Day on 96five, when you and your family will have the opportunity to sponsor a child and impact an entire community. It's a great way to teach your kids the importance of giving and how they can make a positive difference in the world around them.
QLD Road Safety Awards are designed to recognise and honour the outstanding efforts of community groups, companies or industry groups, schools, local government and state government initiatives, as well as inventions and innovations designed to improve road safety. March is Radio Road Rage, war against fatality on 96five.
SU QLD is the fastest growing youth and children's organization in Australia. They're also the largest employer of school chaplains in Australia. SU QLD wants to bring hope to a young generation. And they do this through their school chaplaincy service, camps, holiday programs and kids-at-risk programs. 96five partners with SU QLD to bring our
CHOICES program into state schools around Brisbane.
In 2010, 96five will also continue to support organisations and events like Youth Alive, Easterfest, Yes We Care Day, City Care, World Vision, Cancer Council and Samaritans Purse’s ShoeBox Appeal. To find out how 96five can support your event or organisation, email
